Keruing Power Ply

Keruing Power Ply is exclusive to Plymasters. The preservative treatment completed during the production process makes the plywood durable, super-strong & long lasting. Keruing Power Ply is powder proof & termite resistant. Made from uniform quality veneer, selected from sustainable hard wood species The Veneers are bonded with phenol formaldehyde WBP grade resin under high temperature and pressure using pre-pressed technology. Treated with fixed type preservatives under vacuum pressure to ensure protection from degradation caused by micro organisms. A specific stress treatment is used to check anti-warp properties which keeps it dimensionally stable in both excessive wet and dry conditions throughout its life.

This is not a visual grade plywood.

 *Oversized 2440 x 1220 sheets are intentionally crafted for easy trimming, giving our customers the flexibility to customize them according to their clients' specific requirements. It allows for a perfect edge to be achieved when installing on-site linings.
As an imported Hardwood, we do get variations in batches supplied. Consequently, we do not always have available top-quality faces for high-end joinery or linings.
